penatnya..huhuh...i just gave the barang2(barang2 ape..hhe, rahsia2...) that Linda requested last 2 weeks, she's a Malaysian working at Human Resource Department for Bosch Penang n rite now doing her research on international something...(not quite remember what she told me last month.:P) at Bosch Blaupunkt here in Hildesheim for about a year.....penat sbb naik tangga from the groundfloor to the third floor, where my department is.
it was months ago (maybe a year or more??)i exercised n what i felt rite now i'm gaining some grams..mm, kilograms maybe..hhaha, i don't know n don't care actually, nak naik, naik la..tapi jgn la melampau sangat kot..but what is related with the topic of me naik tangga here ek...mm..i read some journals on how we can maintain the figure with no dieting or anything that requires u the readiness to make some sacrifices(entahlah..)...do as many movement as you can...cthnya cm naik tangga ke, and ape2 la yang membolehkan you move ur lazy a** tuh kan...i am lack of idea at the moment so i cannot give the perfect example...but i think the naik tangga is a good example though...:D
cm xde keje la plak skg ni after i submitted the draft of my report for March to Mr. Wauer(terkejut pagi td die suruh kasi the documentation thru email, he wanna read if he understands..paham2 la..tulis dlm bahasa german...hahaha..bagus gak le, check kan le grammar yg tunggang langgang tu), but somehow i pretend to be busy with typing this blog so that the colleagues know that i'm doing my work wisely n impressed with me..hahaa...it's not easy to be one and only trainee in one department...it's all about to make a good impression then later u'll get the good comment about yourself as well...huh..pening2...tapi hari ni i'm a bit(a lot sbnrnya) lazy..cuti easter akan bermula esok n i'm joining the Gummersbach fellows to Dresden...i'll update my visit to Dresden insy.
jap lagi lunch..hari ni ade ikan salmon, one of the menu yang berjaya meng'impressed' aku to take a long walk to the canteen(jauh tau canteen tu, dahla most of the meals x sedap pun!)..ok la...till the next time ..da....
